Hello all, my name is George Kantzian. I have immersed myself in the fitness field ever since my early days of playing sports. The significant mental and physical benefits it has provided me with have been immense.

By incorporating weightlifting, functional training and even basic boxing techniques into my routine, I have seen a positive transformation in both my workouts and overall life. I’m here to assist you in reaching your goals and pushing you past your boundaries.

My motivation to provide accessible workouts to everyone has led to a special project, an online fitness subscription, for those looking for a daily challenge with a goal of becoming healthier. You can learn more about JUMP Fitness soon.

    PERSONAL TRAINING (30 MINS)

    30 minutes of intense cardio, boxing and strength training. Get in and out, while feeling great.

    PERSONAL TRAINING (60 MINS)

    Be ready to work with a full 60-minute, high-intensity training session. We will focus on strength, cardio, boxing and core work. You’ll feel the burn, and feel like a million dollars at the end.

    ALL-INCLUSIVE (60 MINS)

    No distractions– just results! This all-inclusive package will put you in a private setting and take you through the basics up to advanced training, featuring coach-led sparring, pad work and an emphasis on enhancing overall cardiovascular health.
